Diesel S.p.A. will be able to process Biographical Data, Contact Data and Purchase Data for advertising activities on the social networks to which I am subscribed or sending advertising or direct sales material, carrying out market research, sending commercial promotions and discounts reserved to customers, commercial information - possibly also customized - with automated contact methods (e-mail, newsletters, SMS, MMS, messaging platforms, etc.) and traditional contact methods (mail). These data will be stored for 7 years since collection.
With reference to advertising activity on social networks, your email address may be shared, through secure and encrypted transmission mechanisms, with the involved social network, so that the latter can match it with the information available on its platform. In this case, the social media provider will compare the data uploaded by Diesel with the data it already holds on to its users, and users who match will be added to or excluded from the target audience (i.e., the "group" of people to whom the advertisement will be shown on the social media platform).
